Any funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation substantiates the suspicion.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering activity within 12 consecutive months of account inactivity may be subject to an administrative maintenance charge as detailed in the Dormant Accounts section of these terms.
